Lone Oak is located in the Mountain Valley subdivision, conveniently located near House Pasture Cattle Company and Frio Valley Ranch. This home is equipped with a great outdoor space which includes a private pool, firepit, gravel play area, large, covered patio and BBQ pit.

PARKING:
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.
A reservation deposit of 40% of the total is due at the time of booking, the reservation balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made using a credit, debit card or check. Please note, there will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card payments. If paying by check, guests are given a 10-day window to mail in deposit payment. Check payment arrangements can be made by calling our office.

Great spot for a river get away.
This house was a perfect place for a multi family vacation! We had 6 kids (ages 10-18mo) and 6 adults with plenty of space to spare. The kids loved swimming, fires, playing on the play set and of course the river. Property is not walking distance to the river but a short drive. It is open to all properties and public can pay for access so it’s not as private or tucked away as I would have liked BUT the river spot was perfect to throw up a pop up, pit in chairs and let the kids explore.
I was sure to bring trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent and all spices as there were few to none of those there.
Overall easy check in and check out process and a great river spot!

Family and friends get away. Family and friends get away! Location was great . Description of this house was accurate. Everything in the kitchen that you with me . Had a blast can’t wait till next year.

Tri-Family Summer Fun. We are a Family w/adult kids, who brought their in-laws.(as far away as NY) Great house & floor plan,at end of the road. No close neighbors!(Played loud music) Have good lasting memories.

Awesome first big family trip!!! We stayed at Lone Oak and it was absolutely perfect for 8 adults and 10 kids!! My only issue and it really isn’t even an issue is the big paint buckets left on the front porch, we moved them to the side of the house during our stay due to the number of little climbers we had, we were afraid they were going to knock them over and spill paint everywhere.
