The "Concan House" has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 30 people. Each bedroom includes its own private bath and entry.
Outside has a spacious covered patio and Casita with an extra refrigerator and large flat screen tv with satellite and a half bathroom.
The 15 x 30 sports pool with volleyball net has a large sundeck.

This beautiful home has a gorgeous, serene view that backs up to the golf course.
Outdoors you will find a BBQ pit, fire pit to gather around, washer and horseshoe games to enjoy.
Inside is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, 2 coffee pots and plenty of pantry space.
Big Flat Screen tv in main room with satellite and a washer and dryer for you to conveniently use .
No Pets allowed and outside smoking only.
Free River access through Frio Country a mile away. Close to Elm Creek Stables and Garner State Park are only a short distance away.
All vacation homes are charged a cleaning fee (resort admissions fee).
PARKING: All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.
A reservation deposit of 40% of the total is due at the time of booking, the reservation balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made using a credit, debit card or check. Please note, there will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card payments. If paying by check, guests are given a 10-day window to mail in deposit payment. Check payment arrangements can be made by calling our office.

Perfect Vacation Home! This home accommodated my family get together so well. It was clean and roomy along with a beautiful backyard to enjoy. Jamie in the office was a great hostess. My only regret was not staying longer!

Great Family Fun! We spent a couple of days at the River and one at Gardner. Lots of room for everyone. Table was much bigger than what was in the picture so made playing games much more fun. House was ready as promised and I picked up some river trash bags at the office. I loved that we could park at the river crossing for free because we were staying in the house. A group of the girls spent a day at the Frio Country Resort river crossing.
We had a CornHole tournament, roasted marshmallows and played beer pong outside. Plenty of outdoor room!
I would suggest different chairs in dinning room. They were too small, almost stool like and not very comfortable. An ice machine would help too since we had to constantly be sending out to buy ice. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is awesome. But the only extra bathroom is outside by the bar. So if you have to "go",you have to go all the way to your room or go outside. None of this deterred from enjoying the house, just observations.

Every Trip Is The BEST ONE YET! ! We spend a lot of time narrowing down our rental locations. Each time we have used Frio Country Resort, we have located the perfect rentals. This year topped the charts! Having stayed at Caddy Shack two years ago and saw first hand the construction of Concan House! This grand piece of the property met our expectations and then some! The huge open-concept allowed a common meeting place for our families to gather and socialize in an engaging atmosphere. We loved the outdoor amenities!! All around an outstanding place to relax and spend time with our friends that we call family! This is our happy place...Thank you!

Bachelorette Weekend -We stayed at Concan House for my sister's bachelorette weekend and absolutely loved it! The house had plenty of space to accommodate 15 girls comfortably and having one bathroom for each bedroom was a smart design move. The house was clean and extremely well-maintained. I've stayed at a few different houses/cabins in Concan and this house is by far the nicest one I've stayed at. The pool/patio area was our favorite part and where we ended up spending the majority of our time. We will definitely be back!
