There is a shared pool for the Beach Clubs surrounded by lush greenery. The quaint little cabins lining the river so peacefully make for a very sweet and relaxing vacation.
Winter Rate: $185/night - November- February
Off Season Rate: $280/night - March, April, October
Peak Season Rate: $350/night + taxes & fees
10% Holiday Markup: July 1 - 4
Discounted rates do not include special events and holidays. Minimum night/rate requirements apply.

Peak Season Booking Requirements (Memorial Day - Labor Day):
3 Night Minimum: Sunday - Thursday
4 Night Minimum if your reservation includes Friday and/or Saturday.
PARKING:
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We advise you bring additional for your stay.
A reservation deposit of 40% of the total is due at the time of booking, the reservation balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made using a credit, debit card or check. Please note, there will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card payments. If paying by check, guests are given a 10-day window to mail in deposit payment. Check payment arrangements can be made by calling our office.

Priceless Memories and breathtaking scenery
Our family had an amazing time at Frio Country Resort. This is our 2nd year vacationing here. We stayed in Beach club #3 and can't express how perfect our vacation went. We woke up to beautiful scenic views while having breakfast on the covered patio. We were able to watch our kids play in the swimming hole and rope swing from the porch of our cabin. And tho the water was low , the swimming hole directly in front of our cabin was deep enough for all to enjoy. We plan on booking a 7 night stay nxt year and 3 cabins instead of 1 and plan on making this an annual family tradition. The only cons about our stay was the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the kitchen pans are in dire need of replacing but that won't deter us from coming back. The weather, scenic views and memories made are priceless!

25 years and counting
This location is beautiful. Cabins are well kept. Management team are very attentive to requests. We have been coming to the same cabin for 25 years. Other cabins are newer, but this location can't be beat. I love having my coffee and hearing the river water flowing or sitting out in the evening and hearing the water flow. Or to just people watch tubing down the river.

Family paradise
This cabin is situated in the perfect location to enjoy the river with your family - the front porch invites you to sip coffee with a gorgeous view of the towering cypress that line the Frio, a rope swing dares you to let loose in front of the kids, and a lush lawn beckons you to picnic with the family. We love this place.
A few notes: This swimming hole is very popular and becomes quite crowded after lunch, but the cabins in this area pretty much have it all to themselves until then! Beach club cabins work very well for family reunions. The cabin is well furnished (but you do need to bring your own towels!)

Spring Break 2020
Enjoyed the stay as usual. Love coming back given the opportunity.
There was only one issue this time. For some odd reason there were several wasps that we had to be killing on a daily basis. Not sure why but it did happen. Was scared with it since I'm highly allergic to bee stings.
