The 19th Hole is located in the gated golf course subdivision. This home has everything you will need to enjoy your next trip to the Frio! Outside, you will find a private pool, firepit, horseshoes, swing set, outdoor TV, outdoor shower and more! Inside enjoy WiFi and Cable, a card table and 2348 sq feet of living!
Winter Rate: $440/night - November- February
Off Season Rate: $540/night - March , April, October
Peak Season Rate: $675/night - May - September
10% Holiday Markup: Memorial Day Weekend, July 1 - 4, Labor Day Weekend

PARKING:
All vehicles are to remain in the designated parking areas. Please do not park on grass and/or landscaping. Each rental will receive one parking pass per bedroom. All additional vehicles are $20 for the duration of your stay and must park in the overflow parking at the front of the resort. Our front gate is monitored by security and cameras.
For your convenience, bed linens will be provided and your beds will be made upon your arrival. You and your guests will need to bring bath, kitchen, and river and/or pool towels. In addition, the home will be supplied with a starter kit including dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, trash-bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper for each bathroom. We recommend packing additional toiletry items for your stay.
A reservation deposit of 40% of the total is due at the time of booking, the reservation balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Payments can be made using a credit, debit card or check. Please note, there will be a 3% convenience fee added to all credit card payments. If paying by check, guests are given a 10-day window to mail in deposit payment.

SIBLING GETAWAY
Our second time time to stay at the 19th Hole and it was just as good as the first time! Perfect size to accommodate me & my 5 siblings. We love the location! It was a wonderful place to spend a fall weekend!

vacation place on the river
the best place ever
the kids had a great time in the pool and went to play ground swing set when they got tired of swimming!! river water was low but we had the pool.. clean, quite place and this is our second year here and we will be back !!

Great stay
The home was beautiful. I loved that it was stocked with things we needed especially trash bags. Beds were comfortable. The TV outside wouldn’t turn on. The Remotes in the bedrooms needed batteries so we couldn’t watch tv but other than that my family and I enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Getaway!
Three families, together for a relaxing week away before
Christmas. It was a slower pace to the summer at the Frio. It was well enjoyed by everyone.

2020 Family Frio vacation
The play area was a hit ?? We enjoyed setting around the fire pit in the evening
Though they need to check on the outside furniture, cause there were some chairs that were broken. Other then that we really enjoyed it

Couldn't be better!
We had a wonderful vacation experience. The property was great and I highly recommend it to big groups traveling together as it easily accommodates everyone comfortably. Everyone in our group was highly satisfied with the property because it is big, clean, well-maintained, and the house distribution is great (indoors and outdoors). It will be a vacation we will all remember, from big to small, because we had a wonderful vacation experience, it couldn't be better!
